A family owned business established by Mr Salomon Roitenbarg and has been trading since 2006. Salomon started the business by importing the famous Belgian chocolates from the Blue Lagoon chocolate factory in Antwerp, Belgium. In 2009 Salomon started to manufacture high quality pasta and Noodles which quickly became very popular among Kosher consumers.

The company has built on its excellent reputation for quality, integrity and customer service. It has since grown exponentially and today has its own warehouses with approximately 10,000sq ft of storage and also its own fleet of vehicles for distribution. You will find Blue Lagoon food products in over 100 independent stores and across the UK. In recent years the company started to export to Europe including Belgium.

Since its inception the business is driven by a passion for top quality products. Our goal remains the same. Today the company has expanded its product range and continues to research the world to bring to the consumer products with the most rigorous kosher standards of the highest quality.
